What to Expect at Your First Massage Appointment?
I will expect you to fill out a health history form and ask you general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed and to determine if massage is appropriate for you.
What do I need to wear?
In most cases, I ask clients to remove all clothing except their underwear for the treatment.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
