At Lymph and Scar Therapy, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Our Cancelation and Booking policies for Lymph and Scar Therapy are designed to make scheduling fair and efficient. Late cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to offer these times to other clients, so please read the following policy carefully. For all new and returning clients, understanding the Cancelation and Booking policies for Lymph and Scar Therapy helps ensure fairness for everyone.
Single Appointments
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is part of the Cancelation and Booking policies for Lymph and Scar Therapy procedures.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Treatment Packages and Gift Cards
All treatment packages and gift cards must be paid in full in advance. Additionally, Cancelation and Booking policies for Lymph and Scar Therapy apply to all treatment package purchases.
- Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from your package and treated as used.
- Package payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Repeated Late Cancellations
Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend appointments at short notice may be required to pay for all future appointments in full at the time of booking. Equally, Cancelation and Booking policies for Lymph and Scar Therapy must be followed to maintain appointment scheduling for everyone.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that emergencies can happen. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at my discretion.
